Account Deletion

You can delete your Vayana account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens to your information.

How to delete your account

Method 1: Via the Vayana App

  1. Open the Vayana mobile app
  2. Navigate to Profile
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your request when prompted

Account and data removal occur within 30 days.

Method 2: Email Request

If you don't have access to the app, you can send an email to care@vayana.vip with your registered email address or phone number. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.

Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, booking history, preferences, and saved information will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

  • Profile information
  • Booking and request history
  • Saved locations and favorites
  • Communication history
  • Payment methods and billing information

Data retention

Some data required for legal and accounting purposes (such as invoices and tax documents) may be retained for up to 6 years after account deletion, as required by law. This data will not be used for any other purpose.
